Job Requirements

  1. Proof of Identity (i.e. Driver’s License, Valid Photo ID, etc.)
  2. Social Security card
  3. Certification (+skills), DC License RN/HHA/LPN/PT/OT/SP
  4. CPR & First Aid
  5. TB (PPD) Screening Within six (6) months of application/Chest X-Ray (Valid for 5 Years)
  6. Physical Clearance
  7. Background Check
    All Maryland Residents need background checks for both Maryland and Washington D.C.
  8. HEP B Vaccine Records / Declination Form
