My mother is currently a resident at Humanity Assisted Living. When I admitted her into the facility in October 2009, it was under different management. While they provided good service to my mother, I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the changes that I have seen in my mother’s care under your management. My mother is 92 years old with dementia. Speaking frankly, she is in the final stages of her disease. When she declined, I was told that she should go into a nursing home. After visiting several nursing homes, I was not impressed with what I saw. They were cold and impersonal and I feared that my mother would not get the attention that she needs. I am so happy that you were willing and able to accommodate my mother’s special needs. The staff at Humanity is amazing and the facility itself is well-maintained. You and your staff truly seem to care about my mother’s well-being and that brings a sense of well-being to me as a family member. My mother is as comfortable as she could possibly be in her current condition and that makes me feel like I did the right thing in keeping her at Humanity.
